Domestic Shipping
- All orders are generally shipped within 3 days of order placement and successful payment.
- All orders are currently shipped via USPS.
- Pricing is determined at the time of ordering based on the estimated weight of the products you've selected.
- All orders are shipped with delivery confirmation. Keepsakes and Memories is not responsible for packages that show delivery has occurred. Please contact your local carrier for such missing packages.
- Priority Mail has no guaranteed delivery time. Most packages within the continental US arrive within 3-4 days. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and non-state US possessions may vary. In general, a package can not be reported as lost until 15 days past its expected arrival.
- APO and FPO shipments vary greatly in delivery times and do not allow for delivery confirmation. Because of this, Keepsakes and Memories is not responsible for lost packages sent to military addresses.
- Keepsakes and Memories is not responsible for incorrect addresses used when placing your order. If you have inadvertently used an lid address or incorrectly entered a number, etc., we will make every effort to assist you where possible.
- Additional shipping charges that are required as a result of a special request or an incorrect address will be billed to your credit card as necessary and, in most cases, on a separate transaction.
- Shipping Insurance is an option you can purchase at the time of check out.
Return Policy
All orders are inspected and checked before shipment to insure accuracy and that the product is in excellent condition.
If for some reason your item is defective, we will gladly accept the item returned, postage paid, within 30 days for replacement.
Should you need to return an item you must obtain a Return Shipment Identification Number (RSIN) by emailing service@keepsakesandmemories and requesting a RSIN. Please include your name, phone number, and the best time to reach you; in your email message so a K and M representative can call you for further information regarding your return and to issue you a RSIN.
